A transfer is missing
The wallet builds the history from the network, so a transfer appears when the network has it and the wallet has seen it.
- Pull down to refresh the asset or the Activity tab.
- Check the network. A coin sent on another network than the one you are looking at shows under that network's asset, or not at all if that network is not enabled in the wallet.
- Check the address. Compare the receiving address in the sender's transaction with your address on the receive screen.
- Give it time. Some networks need minutes to confirm; the history updates when the transfer is included — see transaction status.
- Look it up in the explorer. Open the asset, tap the menu and choose the explorer, then search for the transaction hash or your address. If the explorer shows the transfer and the wallet still does not after a refresh, write to us from Settings → Support with the hash.
Never send the same transfer again until you know the first one failed.
